He put some stuff on my carpets to stop them from souring and took the smell away and told me to keep the fans I was using to dry my carpet and he would be back the next day to clean them bc he didn't want to add more water to my carpet until it dried. He came the next day and did an amazing job. Our carpet looked brand new again. It took Steve two trips to get it out. He used two different machines. He did not charge for the second trip. He was so caring of wanting the stains to come out of the carpet. As he worked on the stains he told me what the machines were doing. I plan on using Steve the next time I have a big stain. He is the man!"
